True Leadership
The True Leadership development program was originally developed by the Coaching Cafe in 2009, inspired by coaching sessions with individual leaders at an executive level. These coaching sessions enabled them to discover and appreciate their true selves, and the True Leadership program is our way of bringing the same growth to the members of their teams.
True Leadership views team leaders (at all levels) as pivotal to the health and performance of their organisations.
