Since 2004, Mary Gardner, a Master Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation), has been coaching and mentoring individuals and groups, in corporations and start-ups, in South Africa and internationally. In business she works with people transitioning or transforming from specialist roles to an effective way of leading or influencing. Her approach is to partner people, as they deepen their level of self- and social-awareness and discover and apply their uniqueness.
Prior to coaching, Mary had a 33-year career in Information Systems, as a leader of teams, information strategist and systems designer, working in South Africa and Internationally.
As a Certified Sageing Leader, Mary offers individual and group coaching and mentoring to people, pre- or post-retirement, wanting to approach elderhood with wisdom and a deep connection to self and others. It is her intent that people become self-coaches on their Sage-ing® path.
